The Night before my 2nd weigh in...

is not going so well. I have been extremely hungry tonight! I have been trying to eat no carbs when snacking as I have been trying to cut back on those, but I am snacking like crazy. So I am heading up to bed feeling defeated as tonight was crap and I have not been to the gym since Friday. I am just hoping to see just a small loss. More tomorrow.

It's Time...

So this is my last blog for weight loss. I only have 40 pounds to shed. My goal, to lose 40 pounds and weigh 139.5. This week, I returned from vacation and started modifying my diet and started exercising. I have exercised everyday except one this week. Its been slow and my next weigh in is on Monday. My starting weight was 179.5. I hope I see a loss. Not sure what exactly I will put on this blog and my family and friends do not know about it. Looking for internet buddies to help me with this journey and hopefully we can learn something from each other.
